Whether you have lots of experience or you’re just curious to learn, there’s a place for everyone at the Roxborough Manayunk Conservancy. Each week, we meet at a different partner site to work on a variety of hands-on projects—like ecological restoration, cleanups, trail maintenance, and more.
2-on-Tuesday Morning Sessions
The morning sessions focus on essential, hands-on garden care—weeding, mulching, and pruning (no power tools, just hand tools). Gardening experience preferred. Bring your own gloves and hand tools. Don't forget your water bottle!

2-on-Tuesday Evening Sessions
Volunteers meet at a different park each week to remove invasive plants, repair trails, pick up litter, and help beautify our green spaces—for afters enjoy a cool drink with fellow volunteers! All experience levels welcome. Tools and guidance provided—bring gloves & clippers if you have.
