About the Manayunk Bridge Lights

The Manayunk Bridge Trail opened in late 2015 to great fanfare, and for good reason: the trail, which crosses the Schuylkill River, Schuylkill Expressway (I76), and active train tracks, restored a historic bridge and linked two other popular trails in neighboring Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.

The addition of the lights makes it even more usable. Most recently, Indego bike rentals have come to the Manayunk Bridge. There are 25 stations with a mix of traditional and e-bikes to hop on and take a ride on the Cynwyd Heritage Trail.
