About Manayunk Entrance Park

Dupont and High Streets

When the Manayunk Railroad Bridge became the Bike and Pedestrian Bridge between Lower Merion, Montgomery County and Manayunk, there was no long term plan to maintain the entrance area. Neighbors worked to connect with groups within Manayunk to Clean up, replant and maintain this area in October 2020.

So this park area becomes the most recent addition to the collection of greenspace areas RMC works on with neighbors.  Neighbors removed trash and weeds and replanted this area with RMC. Plants were provided through RNC and Manayunk Development Corporation (MDC). MDC also deals with the trash and recently added a doggie bag station to the site.
